SEPTEMBER 29th and 30th
The trip was a terrific experience. One I won't forget in my life time. I am hoping to get to go next year too.
Not only did I get to see a lot of incredible sites, I got to know everyone a lot better, even the teachers.
The Grand final day was great. A lot of people huddled around the TV in the rec room.
We packed up for the big trip home too. We took off after breakfast on Sunday and the bus drivers drove straight through the night. By lunch time on Monday, we were in Melbourne. We were supposed to meet our parents at 6PM but were home by 2:30.
Our next door neighbor, Jan, Steven O'donnell's nana, picked us up. My parents arrived home about 5 minutes later and they were pretty happy to see me. Ok Ok I was glad to be home too.
