We drove to the center of town and had dinner at the White Hotel. The place was packed. The Valentine's Day special was Oysters. No surprise there. Shaun got the Chicken Parmasiana. I got some sort of garlic/rice fish. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it still had its head on! Its tail. Its scales. Its eyeballs!

Poor Shaun. He got to experience being out with a vegetarian for the first time. I could not eat it. I was a little embarrassed but was not going to stick my fork into the guts of a whole fish to dig out the slimy rice that looked like it had fish body all over it. :-) Poor Shaun. He was a happy guy though and very tolerant. We took it home for him to eat the next day. I ate the veg.

When we got home, we had a nice evening. Shaun surprised me by wearing a Taz Valentine Nightshirt that I had given him years ago. Still had the price tags on! Big ole Taz with puckering lips. It was a laugh riot. So was my valentine outfit. :-)

I can't remember the rest of the evening.... I think we read a book or something...
